摘要
空调制冷系统是数据中心的重要组成部分,是数据中心正常运行的重要保证。现代数据中心容纳的发热设备散热量急剧增加,为了提高机房空间利用率,缩小了设备体积,提高了计算密度,同时也提高了机柜发热密度。高功率密度数据机房给空调制冷带来了很大挑战,传统的精密空调制冷形式已经不能满足要求,新一代制冷方案——行间空调制冷形式应运而生。本文运用Fluent Airpak气流模拟软件,对普通下送风精密空调及行间空调两种制冷形式进行了温度场及速度场的模拟,阐述了行间空调在高功率密度数据机房的优势。采用行间空调制冷形式,无论冷通道封闭与否,机房内及冷通道内的温度更低,速度分布更均匀,有利于机柜散热,制冷效率更高。此外,还阐述了采用行间空调制冷形式的其他优点:能有效解决机房内局部热点问题;对架高地板及装修的要求相对较低;行间空调摆放位置及尺寸相对较小,使得机房可扩容性增强。通过研究行间空调制冷的优势,为以后解决高功率密度数据中心的方案提供了依据。
Air conditioning refrigeration system is an important part of the data center and the important guarantee of normal operation of the data center. Heat release of heat-producing devices has increased dramatically. In order to improve the room space utilization, the size of our equipment is reduced and the calculation density is improved. But the cabinet heat density is improved at the same time. High power density data room brings great challenges to air conditioning refrigeration. Traditional forms of precision air conditioning refrigeration can't meet the requirements already. Inter-column air conditioning emerges at a historic moment. Using Fluent Airpak software the simulation of temperature field and velocity field has been carried on about ordinary precision air conditioning and Inter-column air conditioning, which states the advantage of Inter-column air conditioning in high power density IDC rooms. Whether cold aisles are closed or not, the temperature is lower and the velocity distribution is more uniform in the data center and cold aisles using Inter-column air conditioning. The refrigeration efficiency is higher. In addition, using Intercolumn air conditioning can effectively solve the problem of local hot spots, the requirement of high floor and decoration is relatively low and the size of Intercolumn air conditioning is relative smaller. Studying the advantages of Intercolumn air conditioning provides the basis to solve the problem of high power density data center.
