cosφ考核下沙屯水电站丰水期机组功率合理分配的探讨

摘要 由于发电上网电量实行功率因数考核,小水电站丰水期普遍存在因无功电量欠发而被扣款情况,影响电站的经济效益。本文根据"确保安全,提高效益"的原则,以及现行上网电费计算政策,在电站没有进行无功补偿时,对丰水期机组有功、无功最大经济效益分配进行推算,得出最佳运行方案,确定电站丰水期机组有功、无功合理分配运行数值,达到提高经济效益目的。 Since power factor assessment is implemented for power generation online electricity, small hydropower station generally suffers from fund deduction condition due to reactive electricity quantities during wet season, and economic benefits of power station is affected. In the paper, when there is no reactive power compensation in power station, active and reactive power maximum economic benefit distribution of the unit during wet season is calculated according to the principles of ' ensuring safety and improving benefits' as well as current calculation policy of generation price. The optimal operation plan is obtained. Active and reactive power rational distribution operation values of the power station during wet season are determined, thereby reaching the purpose of improving economic benefits.
