甘肃迭部县花园水电站1号机组首次并网时水导轴瓦拉瓦事故分析及处理方法

摘要 在甘肃迭部花园水电站1号水轮发电机组首次并网机组带负荷试验时,水导瓦温过高保护动作,机组事故停机。本文通过事故的表现和现场试验的方法,分析了事故的原因及采取的应对措施。通过这一具体事例,充分说明水电站基础埋件二期混凝土的浇筑密实的重要性。 Temperature of water guide bearing pad is too high, thereby leading to protection action during the first grid connected unit load test of Gansu Diebu Huayuan Hydropower Station No. 1 Unit. In the paper, accident causes and adopted countermeasures are analyzed through accident performance and field test method. It fully shows the importance of hydropower station foundation embedded part stage II concrete pouring compaction through this concrete example.
