面向“工业4.0”的国防科技工业军民融合动员初探 被引量:3

摘要 国防科技工业军民融合动员是适应"工业4.0"和"中国制造2025"的新型装备力量动员形式。以技术和制度变迁的视角,研究第四次工业革命带来国防科技工业军民融合动员的变化,对于推进国防科技工业改革、加强战争动员准备、抓住新型工业化的动员建设机遇具有重要意义。研究表明,在全球掀起新一代信息技术与制造业深度融合发展的大变革背景下,国防科技工业由其自身演进规律与"工业4.0"的技术推动实现军民融合动员的深度发展,并表现出自组织化、自适应性、社会化和精确、快速动员等不同于以往的形态特征。 National defense science and technology industry and civil military integration mobilization is to adapt to the Made in China 2025 and Industry 4.0 new type of equipment force mobilization form.With the perspective of technology and system change, the study of the fourth industrial revolution has brought about the change of national defense science and technology industry and civil military integration, which has important significance for promoting the reform of national defense science and technology industry, strengthening the preparation of war mobilization, and the mobilization of new type industrialization. Theresearch suggests, under the background of global development of new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry, the national defense science and technology industry is driven by its own evolution law and the technology of "Industrial 4.0", which is characterized by organization, self adaptation, socialization, precision and rapid mobilization.
