新常态,跨界的步子再大一些

当前,我国已进入社会经济发展的新常态。城乡文化传承日益成为城市规划建设的重要任务。但传统城市规划体系内的城市风貌规划不能胜任此任务。而城市色彩规划却能将文化传承落地为空间实践。可城市色彩领域之外的人并未认识到这些。因此,在新常态下,城市色彩领域要把跨界的步子迈得再大一些,更加主动地与现有规划体系接轨。城市色彩与现有规划体系沟通的桥梁便是＂广义色彩＂。广义色彩是城市色彩的研究对象,它与城市风貌同构。为研究方便,可以做科学简化,认为广义色彩就是城市风貌。这样,城市风貌的规划就可以大胆应用城市色彩的理论。为更好完成风貌规划,我们在现有城市色彩理论基础上,研发出三大理论工具。即宏观层面的评价坐标——＂城市风貌立体＂、中观层面的规划内容——＂城市风貌网络＂、以及微观层面的导则要求——＂风貌模式语言＂。综上,在新常态的大背景下,城市色彩领域要把跨界的步子迈得再大一些。唯有协同创新,才能完成城乡文化传承的历史使命,把我们的城市打造成为爱的生命体。

Our country has come to New Normal now. Cultural heritage has become an important task. But style planning in traditional urban planning system can＇t be qualified. Urban color planning are good at it. But little know it outside urban color field and there are many misunderstandings. So, urban color field should take a big step to be in line with urban planning system. The bridge is generalized color. After scientific simplified, the generalized color is urban style. We can use the theory of urban color to do urban style planning. In order to complete the urban style planning, we researched three theory tools. One is the ＇urban style stereoscopic＇, the second is ＇urban style network＇ and the third is ＇urban style model language＇. All in all, in New Normal, urban color field should take a big step to be in line with urban planning system. So, we can build a city fill with love.
