内皮祖细胞在脊髓损伤修复中的应用

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是骨科常见的一种严重威胁人类健康及生存质量的、致残率高的外科急症。随着世界各国经济、交通及运动的发展,脊髓损伤发生率呈现逐年增高的趋势。据资料显示:全球每年 SCI 发病率估计在10~50人/百万人。美国每年大约有273000例患者,而且还以每年12000新病例在增加。脊髓损伤后,由于神经细胞缺乏自身修复能力,微环境的抑制,脊髓神经供血系统不能快速建立等,导致脊髓损伤平面以下的肢体运动和感觉系统功能障碍。脊髓损伤后神经的再生和供血系统的建立是 SCI 领域的两大难题,也是医学节迫切需要解决的问题。近年来人们通过骨髓来源的内皮祖细胞进行增殖、分化和移植,从而促使中枢神经供血系统和神经轴突再生的研究颇受医学界的关注。笔者结合脊髓损伤生理病理的特点,介绍目前内皮祖细胞在脊髓损伤修复的研究进展,并客观分析其中存在的问题。
