数字阅读平台的用户体验影响因素实证研究 被引量:12

摘要 基于技术接受模型、信息构建理论和需求理论,探讨了数字阅读平台的用户体验影响因素,通过使用WarpPLS建立结构方程模型,结合问卷调查数据进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:数字阅读平台的有用性、易用性、享乐性、信息构建与需求满足对用户体验有正向影响,信息构建对易用性和享乐性有正向影响。基于上述结论得出了数字阅读平台建设的实践启示。 Based on technology adoption model and the theories of information architecture and need fulfillment, this paper discusses the influence factors of digital reading platform's user experience. Data analysis with structural equation model is conducted by using WarpPLS. The findings indicate that user experience is positively influenced by digital reading platform's usefulness, ease of use, hedonic quality, and information architecture and need fulfillment. And information architecture has positive influence on ease of use and hedonic quality. Finally, some proposals are given to improve the construction of digital reading platform.
