双S拉钩寻找回盲部在阑尾手术中的应用体会

摘要 阑尾炎是腹部外科的常见病,其发病率约为1:1000,男性多于女性,其终生危险为7%。8%。自1894年,McBurney进行了开腹阑尾切除术后,阑尾切除术就成为了急性阑尾炎的有效治疗手段,而寻找阑尾的关键即寻找回盲部,现多采用传统的常规方法。近年来笔者发现采用双S拉钩法寻找回盲部方法简单,效果良好,现将该方法介绍如下。
