带状疱疹并发玫瑰糠疹1例

摘要 患者男．24岁，军人。因右肩背部、有上臂水疱、疼痛1周，于2013年11月来我院就诊。起疹前有上呼吸道感染，无发热，卫生队予口服头孢拉定胶囊、美扑伪麻片后症状好转。1周前感有侧头皮阵发性刺痛，2d后发现彳了肩部、前臂起水疱，右上肢针刺样疼痛．诊断为带状疱疹？
