摘要
对推力滑动轴承轴瓦的瓦面进行模型建立,然后对模型进行网格划分、边界设置,最后通过迭代计算,得到推力轴承内部流场特征,了解到流场的流动趋势和压力分布规律。在此基础上对相同油膜厚度、不同结构瓦面的滑动轴承进行比较分析,并进一步分析了不同油膜厚度对轴承流场的影响。
The paper established a tile surface model of thrust bearing bush, meshed the model, set the boundaries, obtained the internal flow field characteristics and pressure distribution through iterative calculation, compared and analyzed the thrust bearing with same oil film thickness and different structures of the tile surface, and further analyzed the effect of oil film thickness on bearing flow field.
