摘要
将硼酸酯Zr-201高温水相乳化制备成稳定的乳液,常温下湿法改性高岭土,取代胎面胶配方中的白炭黑,研究了Zr-201用量对高岭土/NR复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,加入Zr-201有助于高岭土在胶料中的分散,且改性高岭土取代白炭黑后,胶料的加工性能改善,拉伸强度变大,加工能耗和滚动阻力均降低,定伸应力和耐磨性有所下降;硫化胶的物理机械性能及耐老化性能提高,但对动态力学性能影响不大,当Zr-201用量为高岭土用量的2%时,复合材料的综合性能最好。
The boric acid ester Zr-201 was emulsified to a stable latex in a high temperature water bath,then applied to modify kaolin by wet method at room temperature.The silica of the tread compound formula was replaced by kaolin,and the effect of boric acid ester Zr-201 content on the performances of Kaolin/NR composite material was studied.The results showed that the addition of Zr-201 contributed to the dispersion of kaolin in the composite material,and after modified kaolin replacing silica,the processing performance of the compound material and the tensile strength was improved,the energy consumption and the rolling resistance reduced,the tensile stress and the wear resistance decreased,the physical mechanical properties and the aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber was improved,but the dynamic mechanical properties had little change.When Zr-201 dosage based on kaolin was 2%,the composite had the best comprehensive performance.
