摘要
目的评价多层螺旋CT结合3D打印技术在骨关节损伤中的应用价值。方法对3例骨关节损伤患者患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描,采集数据,通过3D打印技术制作1:1的实物模型。结果全部病例经过手术证明多层螺旋CT结合3D打印技术真实的显示出骨折的部位,范围,移动程度,有利于选择手术入路、内固定方式的选择。结论多层螺旋CT结合3D打印技术能够直观、立体、清晰、多角度的显示骨关节损伤,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice helical CT 3D printing technology in displaying Osteoarticular injury.Methods multi-slice helical CT scanning was performed in 3 patients with Osteoarticular injury and data were Collected.Then 3D printing technology was used to make a mock-up of the 1:1.Results All cases after surgery proved multilayer spiral CT with 3D printing technology could show the broken part,broken range,displacement degree,which is beneficial to choose the surgical approach,the way of internal fixation.Conclusion Multi-slice helical CT combined with 3D printing technology can show direct,three-dimensional,clear,multi-angle display for joint injury,which has high clinical value.
