探讨一次性双腔减压式吸引管在无痛人流术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨一次性双腔减压式吸引管在无痛人流术中的应用效果。方法选取我院自2014年5月1日至2014年8月31日门诊自愿要求行无痛人流术患者600例,根据单双号随机分为两组,每组各300例均为可视人流机实施。对照组使用常规单腔金属吸引管;试验组使用一次性双腔减压式吸引管。比较两组术中扩宫+吸宫时间、出血量、子宫收缩、不良反应发生率及术后并发症。结果两组患者术中各指标比较,试验组扩宫+吸宫时间短,出血量少,子宫收缩良好且术中不良反应发生率低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后各指标比较,术后宫颈和宫腔粘连、持续阴道流血时间,盆腔积液、术后感染及患者自我满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无痛人流术患者使用一次性双腔减压式吸引管手术效果好,创伤小,术中不良反应轻,是一种较好的治疗措施。 Objective To investigate the effect of the disposable double cavity decompression suction tube application on painless induced abortion.Methods 600 outpatient cases who were operated voluntarily on painless induced abortion in our hospital from May2014 to August 31 th,2014 were selected.All cases were randomly divided into two groups for 300 cases in each group.All patients were operated on visual abortion machine.Conventional single cavity metal suction tube was used in control group,while disposable double cavity decompression type suction tube was used in experimental group.Uterine expansion time,bleeding,uterine contraction,adverse reactions and postoperative complications between two groups were compared.Results The time of uterine expansion and uterine aspiration in the experimental group were shorter,and bleeding was less,and also uterine contraction and intraoperative adverse reaction rate were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05); There were statistically different between two groups in the duration of vaginal bleeding,cervical and intrauterine adhesions after operation,pelvic effusion,infection and self satisfaction of postoperative patients(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Disposable double cavity decompression suction tube could be used in painless induced abortion with a good effect including small trauma and light adverse reactions.
