摘要
目的探讨结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的诊断和治疗效果。方法选取2013年2月至2014年2月我院接收治疗的结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者45例,通过临床资料回顾性分析患者的症状、诊断及治疗方法等。结果结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌结节钙化率比单纯的甲状腺肿高,针对患者的具体情况采取有针对性的治疗能在一定程度上缓解患者的症状。结论在单纯结节性甲状腺阶段要及时采取有效治疗措施,防止结节恶化演变成甲状腺癌。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of nodular goiter with thyroid cancer.Methods a total 45 cases of patients in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 who underwent nodular goiter with thyroid cancer were selected,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed including symptoms,diagnosis and treatment methods.Results Calcification of nodular goiter with thyroid cancer was higher than that of the simple goiter.Treatment was taken according to the specific circumstances of the patients could alleviate the symptoms of patients to a certain extent.Conclusion In the simple nodular thyroid stage,the effective treatment should be taken in time to prevent the deterioration of the nodules to thyroid cancer.
