摘要
目的了解新疆某县医院住院患者满意度现状,分析其影响因素,并提出建议。方法采用自制的"住院病人满意度调查表"经培训后对住院患者在出院时进行调查。结果患者对医院环境设施,服务态度,医疗护理质量满意度高,对住院费用不满意比例较高。结论针对患者满意情况的调查,加强管理,合理收费,加强医患沟通,进一步提高医院各项服务水平。
Objective To investigate the current satisfaction degree of inpatients in country hospital of Xinjiang and provide references.Methods A self-design Questionnaire was used on survey about satisfaction degree of hospitalized patients.Results inpatients were mostly satisfied with hospital environment and facilities,service attitude,medical care quality.But they were dissatisfied with hospitalization expenses.Conclusion According to the survey of patients satisfaction degree,we must strengthen and adjust management,fees,communication between doctors and patients,which will help us further improve the level of hospital services.
