老年女性压力性尿失禁患者自我照护行为现状与影响因素的调查

Current status of self care behavior and its influencing factors among elderly women with stress urinary incontinence

目的：探讨老年女性压力性尿失禁（ SUI ）患者自我照顾行为现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用自我照护行为量表、压力性尿失禁认知量表、压力性尿失禁态度量表对139例老年女性SUI患者进行问卷调查。结果139例SUI患者的自我照顾行为得分为（12.32±4.97）分,SUI认知得分为（5.37±3.51）分,SUI态度得分为（15.27±5.32）分。文化程度、压力性尿失禁认知与态度是SUI患者的自我照护行为主要影响因素。结论老年女性SUI患者的自我照护行为偏低,临床护理工作者可针对不同文化程度、压力性尿失禁知识和压力性尿失禁态度患者采取不同的干预措施,以促进其自我照护能力的提高。

Objective To explore the status of self-care behaviors and its influencing factors in the elderly women with stress urinary incontinence （ SUI ） . Methods The SUI self-care behavior scale, stress urinary incontinence cognitive scale, attitude of stress urinary incontinence scale were applied to survey 148 cases of elderly women patients with SUI. Results The self-care behavior of SUI score in 139 patients was （12. 32 ± 4. 97）, and SUI cognition score was （5. 37 ± 3. 51）, while SUI attitude score was （15. 27 ± 5. 32）. Education level, SUI cognition and attitude were the main factors affecting the self-care behavior of patients. Conclusions The self-care behavior in elderly women with urinary incontinence was low, so the clinical workers can take different measures according to different education background, SUI knowledge and attitude of patients with SUI, in order to promote its self-care ability.
