防治污染、改善环境是区域协调发展的内在要求,工业污染是京津冀大气污染的主要成因,已影响到人们的生活质量。本文采用定性与定量相结合的分析方法,从京津冀工业污染特征、污染治理现状方面分析了京津冀工业污染及其治理现状,对比分析了京津冀三地工业污染治理投资规模、资金来源、投资结构。最后,从现状分析中找出京津冀工业污染存在的问题,并针对问题提出有效对策。
