摘要
为了系统掌握东阳市的横店影视城、木雕城、卢宅、东白山等旅游基地的文化旅游人才的工作压力、心理健康、健康生活、职业发展等EAP计划的现实状况,本研究采用问卷调查方法进行调查。研究结果表明:东阳市旅游人才的EAP计划实施概率只有15%,满意度低,最后基于VE视角提出了旅游人才EAP计划改进措施。
In order to learn the practical situation of EAP plan such as work pressure, mental health, healthy life and career development of the cultural tourism talents in Hengdian Studios, Woodcarving City, the Lu-family Residence, East Baishan, etc. in Dongyang City, this study used questionnaire method for investigation. The research resuhs show that the implementation rate of EAP plan for tourism talents is only 15% Dongyang with low satisfaction. Finally, the improvement measures for tourism talents EAP plan are put forward based on the perspective of VE.
