梯度冷冻离心分离法提高山茶油中不饱和脂肪酸含量的研究 被引量:4

摘要 山茶油是天然的、难氧化变质的植物油,它富含不饱和脂肪酸,其中油酸很容易被头发皮肤吸收,是最适合做化妆品的油。为了达到更好的润肤效果,采用梯度冷冻离心分离法对山茶油进行离心分离以提高山茶油中不饱和脂肪酸含量,对分离后的山茶油用气相色谱进行脂肪酸检测来确定梯度冷冻离心工艺条件。 Camellia oil is a kind of natural vegetable oil that is diitieult to get oxidative deterioration. It is rich in unsaturated Iatty acid, the oleic acid of it is easily absorbed by the hair, skin. It is the most suitable oil for cosmetic. In order to achieve better moisturizing effect, graded refrigerated centrifugation is used to centrifugalizc the camellia oil to improve the unsaturated fatty acid content in camellia oil. Gas chromatography is used for the camellia oil after separation to test the fatty acid to determine the process conditions of graded refrigerated centrifugation.
