浅析现代职业院校辅导员队伍建设——以江西应用工程职业学院为例

Analysis on the Construction of Higher Vocational Instructor Team in Modern Vocational Colleges:Taking Jiangxi Application Engineering Vocational College for Example

高职辅导员目前面临着在学校面前是佣人类型,在学生面前是保姆类型,如何提升高职院校思想政治教育和技能教育关系到每个高职辅导员角色的转变。本文采用结合江西应用工程职业学院实例,参考教育部对高职辅导员队伍建设的意见,结合优秀高职院校管理办法,对辅导员队伍建设进行研究取得了良好的成果。高职辅导员应该是高学历和高技能复合型人才,应该是讲师和技师。

Higher vocational instructors currently face that, for the school, they are servants, for students, they are nannies. How to improve the ideological and political education and skills education in higher vocational colleges is related to the role transformation of every higher vocational instructor. This paper combines with the practical application in Jiangxi Application Engineering Vocational College, refers to the opinions for the construction of higher vocational instructor team put forward by the ministry of education, combines with the management methods of excellent higher vocational colleges to study the construction of higher vocational instructor team and it has achieved good results. Higher vocational instructors should be the inter-disciplinary talents with High education background and skill, and also be the lecturers and technicians.
