Experience of the Case Preparation and Teaching in the Health Administration Class

《卫生事业管理》课堂教学采用案例教学法,经过几个学年的实践,总结编制了教学案例库。案例教学包括案例的编写准备和课堂讨论的过程,案例的选择和编写要求应从卫生管理实践中来,有针对性、典型性,内容精炼。课堂讨论过程要求学生积极参与,充分发表看法,教师给予必要的总结。实践证明,案例库的编写是一个循序渐进的过程,以小组为单位的案例编写和教学实践更符合卫生管理的需要。

The class teaching of Health Administration uses case teaching method. With a tew years ot practice, me case teacnmg library is established. Case teaching includes case preparation and discussions process, case selection and requirement for teaching should be come from the Health Administration practice, and it should be purposeful, typical and refined. The students are required to participate actively and put forward their views during the discussion process, and teachers should provide the necessary summary. Practice has proved that the preparation of case study library is a gradual process, case writing and teaching through group practice are suitable for the need of Health Administration.
