摘要 目的:评价CT检查在小儿神经母细胞瘤的诊断及治疗后随访中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析23例经病理证实为神经母细胞瘤患儿的临床资料及CT表现特征。结果:23例神经母细胞瘤中来源于肾上腺13例,腹膜后7例,纵隔3例;15例肿瘤形态不规整,5例肿瘤呈椭圆形或类圆形,3例呈分叶状;肿瘤内部多呈混杂密度,20例瘤体内伴多发钙化灶,15例内伴囊性坏死低密度区,增强扫描后,17例瘤体呈明显强化,4例呈轻中度强化,2例未见明显强化;11例瘤体包绕大血管;CT正确诊断20例,诊断准确率为87.0%。结论:CT检查是诊断小儿神经母细胞瘤及治疗后随访观察的重要检查方法。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of CT in diagnosis and follow- up in pediatric neuroblastoma. Methods: The clinical data and CT features of 23 cases of neuroblastoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among the 23 cases,13 cases were derived from adrenal gland,7 cases from retroperitoneal,3cases from mediastinum. The shapes of 15 tumors were irregular,those of 5 tumors were ellipse or similar to round,and those of 3 tumors were lobulated. The tumors mostly had mixed density,which with multiple calcification in 20 tumors and with cystidium and necrotic low density in 15. After contrast- enhanced CT scans,17 tumors had obvious enhancement,and 4 tumors had slight or moderate enhancement,and 2 tumors had no enhancement. 11 tumors wrapped around large vessels. CT diagnosed 20 cases accurately,and the correctly diagnostic rate was 87. 0%. Conclusion: CT was a very important check method for diagnosis and follow- up of pediatric neuroblastoma.
