肿瘤的形成,不仅仅是肿瘤细胞的聚集,也形成了复合生态系统,即肿瘤微环境。机体免疫系统能识别和杀伤恶变的细胞,在机体免疫选择压力下,肿瘤细胞可以依靠自身的高突变特性,逃避免疫监视,逐步建立起免疫抑制微环境,以抵抗和抑制机体抗肿瘤免疫反应。全面而透彻的了解免疫抑制微环境的调控作用有助于新的治疗策略的发展。因为中草药易于获取,并且在抗肿瘤方面展示了重要的影响,毒副作用较轻,中药抗肿瘤已经成为了肿瘤研究的热点。本文概述中药在肿瘤免疫中的相关作用并总结潜在的分子机制。

Tumor,beyond mere accumulation of tumor cells,form a complex ecosystemnamely tumor microenvironment. The body＇s immune system can recognize and kill cells of malignant transformationunder the pressure of body＇s immune selection,tumor cells can rely on their high mutation characteristics to escape immune surveillance,gradually establish the immunosuppression microenvironment,to resist and suppress the antitumor immune response. A greater understanding of the tumor immune mechanisms can stimulate the development of novel theay. Since traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） is easy to obtain and exhibits significant antitumor effects accompanied with less toxic and side effects,it has already become a hotspot for cancer researches. In recent years,a lot of literature reports the effects of Chinese medicine intervention for tumor immune. This article is to overview TCM ＇s antitumor effects about inmunity and to summarize the underlying molecular mechanisms.
