摘要 通过对近五年来关于miRNA与肿瘤放疗敏感性相关文献进行收集整理,从miRNA的结构功能、在电离辐射下反应的作用机制、与放疗敏感性之间的关系及miRNA在常见肿瘤(肺癌、食管癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌及宫颈癌)中的作用等方面进行概述,并就microRNA的预后判断及放疗增敏作用等进行讨论。 To review the latest newly related literatures on radiotherapy miRNA and tumor sensitivity. We encapsulated the structure,function and the mechanism of miRNA under ionizing radiations. Also the relationship between miRNA and sensitivity to radiotherapy and the role of that in the treatment of common tumors( such as lung cancer,esophageal cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer and cervical cancer),were outlined. also the prognostic and irradiation enhancement effect of miRNA on human carcinoma cells.
