摘要
以滇池北部相对封闭水域一老干鱼塘为研究对象,对其土壤底质水生植物种子库展开调查研究。调查结果显示:老干鱼塘水生植物种子大多分布在近岸带,老干鱼塘与草海交界的地方没有发现种子;种子主要分布在土壤表层0~5cm,5—30cm分布较少;有植物分布的区域,其种子库数量明显高于没有植物区域的种子数量,沉水植物种子库分布在水深1~2m;观测时间30d,总共发芽数量为107株;老干鱼塘的植物种子库以眼子菜属为主,种子库数量少,种类单一。
The Laogan pond, as a relatively closed waters system in the northern part of Dianchi Lake, was takenas the research target to study the aquatic plant seed bank in its soil sediment. The results showed that the aquatic plant seeds mostly distributed near the shore. No seeds were found on the border between the fish pond and Caohai Lake. Most seeds were found in the surface of the sediments in the depth of 0 to 5cm vertically. Few were found between 5 to 30cm. obviously, the amounts of seeds in the area growing plants were higher than those areas without plants. The seed bank of submerged plants was distributed in the 1 to 2 meters deep. One hundred and seven seeds have sprouted during the 30 days observation period. Potamogeton was mainly found in the fish pond. Generally speaking, the seed bank in Laogan fish pond was simple with fewer amounts.
