摘要
介绍了某燃气热电厂锅炉补给水系统中浸没式超滤工艺流程,全自动运行控制策略的实现方式。采用浸没式超滤对水库水、自来水和井水3种水源中的浊度、化学需氧量和胶体硅进行去除试验,试验结果表明,浸没式超滤对浊度和胶体硅的去除率较高,对化学需氧量的去除率一般,并对浸没式超滤和组件式超滤的经济性能进行比较,表明浸没式超滤具有较大的优势。
The paper introduces immersed ultra-filtration technique in boiler feedwater system in a gas-fired thermal power plant and the implementation of fully-automated operation and control strategy.The immersed ultra-filtration technique is a-dopted for test on turbidity,chemical oxygen consumption and colloid silicon removal of reservoir water,tap water and well water.The test result shows that the immersed ultra-filtration technique is superior in turbidity and colloid silicon removal while not good at chemical oxygen consumption removal.In the final,the paper the paper compares the economical effi-ciency of immersed ultra-filtration and packaged ultra-filtration and concludes the advantage of immersed ultra-filtration technique.
