摘要
循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)机组由于本身氮氧化物(NO_x)初始排放浓度低的特点,对烟气中NOx的脱除效率一般要求在50%-80%之间。在超低排放政策要求下,针对选择性非催化还原(selective noncatalytic reduction,SNCR)脱硝技术在CFB锅炉上的应用,根据其反应特点和影响因素,在原有的串级控制基础上进行了改进。改进后系统的控制品质得到提高,系统超调量减小,调节时间变短。
Due to low initial emission concentration of NOx of CFB (circulating fluidized bed)boilers,the flus gas removal efficiency of NOx is required to be 50%~80%.With the requirements of super-low emission policy,the application of selec-tive non-catalytic reduction (SNCR)denitration technology in CFB boilers is retrofitted from the former cascading control in accordance with the characteristics of the reaction and influencing factors.The control quality is improved after system transformation with the reduction of maximum deviation and adjusting time.
