摘要
准确分析架空导线在运营条件下的温度场和应力场耦合问题对于保证导线的强度安全和弧垂安全距离具有重要意义,为此,提出一种架空导线细观温度场和应力场耦合的新型数值求解方法,即先利用有限元法求解考虑孔隙的细观温度场,再利用内外力平衡和变形协调关系求解导线的分层应力,充分考虑了导线由于层间挤压、泊松效应以及温度改变所引起的横向变形。以铝包钢芯铝绞线JL/LB1A-300/50为例,验证了算法的正确性,研究了横向变形对计算结果的影响和敏感性。
The paper precisely analyzes the significance of temperature and stress field coupling of overhead conductors for strength safety and sag safety clearance of conductors during operation.Therefore,the paper presents a new numerical value calculation method that couples micro-level temperature field with stress field of overhead conductors:first,finite element method is used to solve micro-level temperature field in consideration of interspaces;then,internal and external force bal-ance as well as deformation coordination are adopted to solve layered stress of the conductors,which considers transversal deformation due to inter-layer pressure,Poisson effect and temperature change.The paper also takes aluminum-clad steel stranded conductor JL/LB1A-300/50 as an example to prove the method is correct and it investigates impact of transversal deformation on calculation and the sensitivity.
