Analysis of Exported Equipment's Tariff Declaration:Taking Overseas Cement EPC Project as an Example

随着中国经济的迅速发展,中国在国际工程承包市场中获得了前所未有的发展机遇,近年来承接了很多国际工程总承包项目,参与国际物流业也成为大势所趋。根据多年参与海外水泥工程国际物流的实践,分析出口设备关税申报技术,从申请免除进口关税流程、免税表类型、成功申请免税表案例、免税表申请过程中应注意的问题等方面入手,分析海外水泥工程总承包项目中进口设备关税申报技术,探讨解决方法。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, China obtains the unprecedented opportunities in the international EPC project market and has undertaken many international general contract projects in recent years. Participation in the international logistics industry has become the general trend. According to the rich experience of participating in overseas cement engineering, the author started with some aspects to analyze the technique of customs declaration of overseas cement EPC project and discuss the solution, which are as follows： applying for exempt from customs duties, duty-free form types, successful duty exemption＇s application as well as the notice of application of duty exemption and so on.
