高职院校职业指导工作中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of the Occupation Guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国高职院校职业指导面临着模式单调、专业化程度偏低、职业指导课程内容片面、职业指导过程缺少连续性和系统性等问题。通过打造"精细化""个性化"职业指导,创新职业指导模式,培养职业化、专家化职业指导教师队伍,分层次开展全程化的职业指导等几种途径,增强学校的办学水平,使学生最大限度地发挥个人兴趣和专业特长,并找到适合自身的职业岗位。

The vocational guidance of higher vocational colleges in our country is facing issues such as the monotonous pattern, low degree of specialization, one-sided occupation guidance curriculum, lack of continuity and systematic in the process of occupation guidance. By creating a ＂fine＂ and ＂personalized＂ occupation guidance, innovating the mode of professional guidance, cultivating professional and expert career guidance teachers team,carrying out occupation guidance of entire process in different levels, we can enhance the level of running-school , enable students to maximize their personal preference and professional expertise and find a occupation post suitable for themselves.
