李斯特菌病是一种重要的食源性人兽共患疾病,可散发或暴发流行,与摄入受单核细胞增生性李斯特菌污染的食物有关。妊娠期妇女的发病率明显高于普通人群。母亲感染后可呈感冒样症状,少数伴消化道症状。而胎儿及新生儿感染,病情凶险,病死率高。早诊断、早治疗可改善李斯特菌感染的母婴预后。

Listeriosis is predominantly a foodborne zoonosis, with sporadic and outbreak-related cases tied to consumption of food contaminated with listeria （ Listeria monocytogenes ）. The incidence of listeriosis in the pregnancies is significantly higher than in the general population. Maternal infection may present as a flu-like illness, minority reveal gastrointestinal symptoms. However, the mortality and morbidity of fetal and neonatal infections are very high. Early diagnosis and early treatment can improve the maternal and infant prognosis of listeria infection.
