基于一氧化氮/环鸟苷酸通道的子痫前期研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 子痫前期是妊娠期特发性多系统疾病,无论是在发达国家还是发展中国家,均为孕妇及围产儿死亡的主要原因之一[1-2]。在世界范围内,子痫前期的发生率约为5%~8%,发展中国家可高达15%~18%,每年约有75000孕妇及500000胎儿死于子痫前期的并发症[3],且子痫前期患者及其子代今后发生心血管疾病的风险均增加[4]。
