摘要
随着国民经济的发展,我国电力需求持续增长,夏季用电高峰期间电力供应较为紧张。2015年6~8月,国网客服中心南方分中心招聘培训了一批暑期工以填补迎峰度夏期间话务人员缺口。如何科学合理规划岗前培训,如何在人员上岗后采取适当方式持续提升业务能力,文章主要阐述了基于95598运营特点的实景式、碎片式暑期工培训管理模式。
With the development of national economy,the electricity demand of China keeps growing,and the whole nation suffers power supply shortage during peak load time in summer.Southern Branch of State Grid Customer Service Center hired some summer part-time job workers to maintain the hotline service quality in June- August,2015.How to make a reasonable planning of pre-post training and how to take appropriate measures to improve their service skills progress continuously.This article give an exploration of summer part-time job training management based on the operation feature SGCSC 95598.
