地佐辛与利多卡因在缓解丙泊酚注射痛时的效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的对比地佐辛与利多卡因在缓解丙泊酚注射痛中的临床效果,探讨最佳的镇痛方式。方法选取择期在全身麻醉下手术的患者210例,随机分为地佐辛组、利多卡因组、对照组,每组各70例。3组患者均采用丙泊酚诱导,在诱导前,地佐辛组注射2 m L/2 mg地佐辛,利多卡因组注射2 m L/40 mg利多卡因,对照组注射2 m L生理盐水。注射药物后1 min注射丙泊酚,并通过VRS评估患者的疼痛程度。结果地佐辛组与利多卡因组具有明显的镇痛效果,但两组间疼痛发生总例数间的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。根据疼痛程度分级比较后,地佐辛组中发生中度疼痛的例数少于利多卡因组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛与利多卡因均可以有效缓解丙泊酚注射痛,但地佐辛的表现优于利多卡因,可以更多减少中度注射痛的发生率。 Objective The aim of this study was to investigation the different effect between dezocine and lidocaine on prevention of injection pain due to propofol. Methods A prospective randomized double - blind study was conducted in 210 adults, which were scheduled to undergo an elective surgery. 70 patients were randomly assigned to each group, including dezocine group, lidocaine group and control group. The groups received either 2 rag/2 mL dezocine or 2 mL 2% lidocaine or 2 mL of normal saline respectively. Propofol was 1 min after injected. A blinded researcher used VRA to assess the patient's pain level. Results Less patients experienced propofol injection pain in the dezocine and lidocaine groups compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05). Less patients suffered moderate pain in the dezocine group compared with lidocaine group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Dezocine got better performance than lidocaine on the prevention of propofol pain.
