摘要
目的 探讨盆底康复治疗改善尿失禁的临床疗效.方法 选取2014-03 ～2015-03间我院收治的142例尿失禁患者,将其随机均分为常规组和康复组.常规组采用常规方法治疗,康复组在常规治疗基础上采用盆底康复治疗,比较治疗后两组患者治疗效果.结果 康复组阴道静息压、阴道持续收缩时间、阴道收缩压均高于常规组;康复组治疗效果显著好于常规组.结论 盆底康复治疗尿失禁,可有效改善患者盆底功能,提高治疗效果.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation treatment of urinary incontinence improved basin. Methods From March 2014 - March 2015, 142 cases of urinary incontinence in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and rehabilita- tion group by conventional methods and rehabilitation basins, to compare therapeutic effects of two groups of patients. Results Rehabilitation group VRP, vaginal sustained contraction time, VSP was higher than the conventional group. Rehabilitation group＇s treatment effect was better than the conventional group. Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation could effectively improve the treatment of urinary incontinence in patients with pelvic floor function and improve the therapeutic effect.
