摘要
为了解决大功率锂电池组均衡问题,针对均衡速度慢、均衡效率低这一现象,本文设计了一种快速均衡模块。基于高效率双向多节电池的电池组平衡器和双边变压器,采用双向主动均衡方法,实现了高效、快速的大功率锂电池组的均衡模块。实验结果表明,该均衡模块可同时管理多达12串锂电池,实现高达5A的均衡电流,有效地缩短了均衡时间,完成大功率锂电池组的快速均衡。此外,本均衡模块可通过级联方式实现扩展,采用SPI通信模式亦可应用于其他BMS系统,具有很好的灵活性。
In order to solve the balance problem of the high-power Li-ion battery pack, with the phenomenon of balanced slow and inefficient balance, a rapid equalization module was designed. Based on the high efficiency bi-directional multi-cell battery balancer, bilateral transformer and bi-direetional active balancing method to realize the modularized equalizer which was high efficiency and speedy for high-power lithium battery pack. The experimental results show that this modularized rapid equalizer with the equilibrium current up to 5A can simultaneously manage up to 12 series lithium battery. The balance module can shorten the equilibrium time effectively, realize the rapid equilibrium of high-power lithium battery pack. Otherwise, one can implement extension by cascade and the module also can be flexibility used to other BMS systems for the SPI communication mode.
