摘要
目的研究不同材料桩核修复上颌改向中切牙后牙本质应力分布情况。方法采用薄层CT技术、Auto CAD软件相结合,建立上颌中切牙及唇、舌侧分别改向10°后的桩核冠的三维有限元模型,在斜向100 N加载情况下,对改向后不同材料桩核冠的牙本质的应力分布情况进行分析。结果不同弹性模量桩核材料修复改向上颌中切牙后桩尖区牙本质为应力集中区,随着桩核弹性模量的增加,应力峰值增加。结论临床上进行桩核改向时,在满足临床受力情况下,要选用弹性模量低的桩核材料。
【Objective】To investigate stresses distribution of maxillary central incisor restored with different materials of postcore crowns. 【Methods】Using thin-layer CT technique combined with Auto CAD software to construct the three dimensional finite element model of maxillary central incisor restored with different materials of post-core crowns. Analyses the stresses distribution of dentine undering oblique loading of 100 N. 【Results】 When redirectioned maxillary central incisor was restored with different Elastic Modulus materials of post-core crowns,dentinal stress concentration around the post apex, and the stress concentration values increased as the the Elastic Modulus increase.【Conclusion】When the post-core crown with angle was used in clinical, post-core material with lower Elastic Modulu should be choosed.
