腹腔镜治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎患者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of laparoscopic treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis

目的探讨在急性化脓性阑尾炎患者临床治疗当中,腹腔镜治疗方法的应用效果,为急性化脓性阑尾炎患者临床有效治疗提供重要依据。方法选取2014年11-2015年1月我院收治的急性化脓性阑尾炎患者90例,随机均匀分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者进行开腹手术治疗,观察组患者主要进行腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗结果。结果经比较,观察组患者手术平均时间、肛门排气时间、相关功能恢复时间以及后期住院时间都明显比对照组要少,在患者不良反应发生率上,观察组明显低于对照组。结论腹腔镜治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎患者的效果是比较明显的,与传统开腹手术治疗相比,治疗时间更短,治疗安全性更高,患者术后并发症发生率更低。

【Objective】To study the clinical treatment of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis, the application effect of laparoscopic treatment, clinical effective treatment for patients with acute suppurative appendicitis to provide important basis. 【Methods】Select 11 to our hospital in January 2015, 2014 of 90 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis, random evenly divided into observation group and control group, control group patients with open operation treatment, the observation group of patients with primary laparoscopic surgery treatment, observed two groups of patients with clinical treatment result.【Results】Through comparison study, observation group of patients with an average time, anal exhaust time, related function recovery time and hospital stay were significantly less than the control group, the late on the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, observation group, significantly lower than control group in clinical treatment on efficient, observation group is significantly higher than the control group. 【Conclusion】Laparoscopic treatment of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis effect is obvious, compared with the traditional open surgery, shorter treatment time, treatment of higher security, lower incidence of postoperative complications.
