人工周期治疗卵巢储备功能低下的临床效果观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究人工周期治疗卵巢储备功能低下的临床疗效,探讨其对患者血清性激素水平、抗苗勒试管激素(AMH)水平及卵巢最大平面的平均直径(MOD)和窦状卵泡数(AFC)的影响。方法选取卵巢储备功能低下患者30例给予雌孕激素序贯(人工周期)治疗,观察治疗前后血清性激素水平、AMH、MOD和AFC的变化。结果治疗后FSH、LH水平均较治疗前明显降低,AMH水平较治疗前升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),E2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后AFC比治疗前增加、MOD比治疗前增大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工周期治疗卵巢储备功能低下可降低患者血清FSH和LH水平,升高AMH,增加窦状卵泡数,改善卵巢的储备功能。
