摘要
基于2005—2012年我国装备制造业14个三位数产业的面板数据,采用面板回归的方法,实证检验了信息化水平等因素对创新能力的影响作用。结果表明:信息化水平对装备制造业创新能力的提升具有显著地正效应;R&D经费支出、R&D人力资本与创新能力之间均表现出显著的倒U型关系;而市场结构对创新能力的提升却存在负效应,政府支持与装备制造业创新能力之间没有表现出明确的关系。最后,提出提升我国装备制造业创新能力的对策建议。
Based on the 14 3-digit industrial panel data of equipment manufacturing industry in China from 2005 to 2012, the pa- per conducts an empirical study to investigate the relationships among iuformatization level, other factors and innovation capability by u- sing methods of panel data regression analysis. The study shows that informatization level significantly promotes the capability of equip- ment manufacturing industrial innovation, the relationship between R&D expenditures, R&D human capital and innovation capability are significantly inverted U-shaped. However, market structure has a negative impact on innovation ability, and the relationship be- tween government support and innovation capability is by no means evident. Lastly, the paper makes some suggestions to promote the capability of Chinese equipment manufacturing industrial innovation.
