摘要
建立了高效液相色谱同时测定三醋酸纤维素酯膜中3种苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂(UV-328、UV-326、UV-320)含量的方法。用二氯甲烷溶解样品,加入正己烷使三醋酸纤维素析出,过滤,滤液蒸干后定容。以Symmetry C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为分离色谱柱,甲醇(0.05%乙酸)和水为流动相,在300 nm波长下进行定性、定量分析。该方法前处理简单、易操作,三种紫外吸收剂分离效果良好;在0.1-250mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数大于0.9995;方法检出限为0.1mg/L;空白基质加标回收率为86.9%-105.1%,相对标准偏差为0.72%-7.12%。该方法简便、准确,能够满足三醋酸纤维素酯膜中苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂的检测要求。已用于实际样品的检测,效果良好。
A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of three azimino-benzene ultraviolet absorbers including UV-328 , UV-326 and UV-320 in the triacetate cellulose film. The target compounds were extracted with dichloromethane. The precipitation of the triacetate cellulose was precipitated by the addition of hexane. The target compounds were separated on an Symmetry C18 column ( 250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm) in elution mode using water and 0.05%( v/v) formic acid methanol solution as mobile phases. The detective wavelength was 300 nm. The linear plots were obtained between 0.1 and 250 mg/L with good correlation coefficients larger than 0.9995.The limits of detection (LODs) for this method was 0. 1 mg/L. The spiked recoveries of commercial cosmetics were in the range of 86.9% - 105.1% with the relative standard deviations of 0.72% - 7.12%.The method was simple,fast and suitable for the determination of three azimino-benzene ultraviolet absorbers in the triacetate cellulose film. The method had been used for the detection of real samples.
