摘要 增亮膜作为背光模块中的关键组件,起到聚集光线,提升亮度的作用。首先介绍了增亮膜的基本结构及光学原理,根据增亮膜微结构和光学特性的不同,将增亮膜分为4类:一般增亮膜、多功能增亮膜、微棱镜增亮膜和反射型偏光增亮膜。其次对增亮膜国内外市场情况进行比较分析,日本和韩国技术领先,中国大陆积极追赶。最后对增亮膜的新技术工艺进行了介绍,未来增亮膜将朝着轻薄化、复合化、集成化的方向发展。 BEF (Bright Enhancement Film) was key component that gathered light and enhanced brightness in Back Light Unit. Firstly, the basic structure and optical principle of BEF was introduced. According to different microstructure and characteristics of brightness, the films were divided into four categories, normal BEF, multi-functional BEF, Micro-lens and DBEF (Dual Bright Enhancement Film). Then, comparing to the domestic and foreign markets, the BEF technology in Japan and South Korea was leading. The Chinese mainland pursued fastly. Finally, new technology and process of BEF were recommended. In future, BEF would develop toward lighting, compounding and integration.
