三产品重介质旋流器选煤中损的分析与控制 被引量:4

摘要 为降低三产品重介质旋流器分选原煤的中损量,分析了三产品重介质旋流器存在中损的主要原因,以禹州龙屯矿原煤在河南天元选煤厂入选为例对导致中损的原因进行分析,提出了降低选煤中损的控制措施及改进方案。悬浮液煤泥量过大,旋流器离心率不足或给煤量过大是导致中损的主要原因。通过增大中煤脱介弧形筛筛缝,保证合适的分流量,降低错配物含量和煤泥量;增加中煤筛下合介段等措施对选煤厂进行改造。改造后三产品重介质旋流器选煤中损由改造前的10%降至2%以下,介质消耗控制在0.8 kg/t。 In order to reduce loss of raw coal in preparation process using three-product dense medium cyclone,the main reasons for losswere analyzed,taking the raw coal from Yuzhou Longtun Mine as an example,its preparation in Tianyuan Henan coal preparation plant wasinvestigated. The control measures and improvement plans of reducing loss in coal preparation plant were put forward by analyzing loss cau-ses,such as the amount of coal suspension was too large,the cyclone centrifugal rate was lower or the amount of coal were too large. In-creasing the medium coal draining arc sieve slot could ensure proper flow,reduce mismatches and slime content. Increasing media segmentunder coal sieve also could cut loss. After transformation,the loss reduced from 10% to 2%,the medium consumption could be controlledin 0. 8 kg/ t.
