TRAIL基因多态性与临床疾病的相关性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 TRAIL,即肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体,于1995年由W iley等发现并命名。其结构与TNF类似,呈典型的Ⅱ型跨膜蛋白特征,属于TNF超家族成员。TRAIL与其受体结合后,通过胞内信号传导通路,发挥诱导细胞凋亡等多种生物学功能。TRAIL可表达于人体内不同脏器来源的细胞,在多种疾病的演变进程中发挥着重要的作用。了解TRAIL基因多态性与临床疾病的相关性,为从基因水平对疾病发生、发展以及预后进行深层探讨提供了一定的理论基础。
