鄂尔多斯盆地东部高含水井综合治理——以甘谷驿油田唐80井区为例 被引量:8

Comprehensive Treatment of High-water-cut Well in Eastern Ordos Basin——A Case Study of Tang 80 Blocks in Ganguyi Oilfield

摘要 为了解决甘谷驿油田唐80井区注水开发后油井含水上升速度快、高含水井逐年增多,但采出程度低、剩余油较富集的问题,进行了裂缝油藏深部调剖技术攻关研究。通过分析典型井组生产状况,并根据该区油藏特点和需求研制了深部调剖技术的体系配方、设计了施工方案,最终确定采用体膨颗粒+低温凝胶深部调剖体系和体膨颗粒+微生物深部调剖体系进行治理,分析了不同水驱速度、调剖剂注入量、调剖剂注入速度对采出程度影响。选取唐80井区两组典型注水井组进行了现场试验,试验结果表明:措施注水井的视吸水指数下降,压力指数上升,吸水剖面明显改善,说明对裂缝和高渗透层进行了有效封堵;对应的井组含水下降,日产油量上升,水驱开发效果有所改善,取得了降水增油的效果。 Oil wells in Tang 80 Blocks of Ganguyi Oilfield feature in rapidly rising water cut and year-on-year increasing number, yet low recovery percent and richer residual oil enrichment. To solve these problems, we probed into the deep profile control technology for fractured reservoir. By analyzing the characteristics of typical well groups, we developed the system formulation and construction scheme of deep profile control technology based on the reservoir characteristics of the area, and finally used the swellable particles + low temperature gel for deep profile control system and swellable particles + microbial deep profile control system. And we discussed the effect of different water flooding velocity, profile control agent injection rate and injection speed on the recovery degree. We selected two typical water injection wells in Tang 80 Blocks for field test. Results showed that apparent injectivity index of water wells declined, pressure index rose, and water injection profile was improved, indicating that the fractures and high-permeability reservoirs were sealed effectively; the moisture content of corresponding wells dropped, daily oil production was increased, the water flooding effect was enhanced, water cut was decreased and oil production was increased.
