介绍了XTT-2型添加剂在乌鲁木齐石化公司对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置中的应用情况。在应用过程中对XTT-2型添加剂浓度及反应器各项参数进行了不断摸索优化,取得了一定效果,装置醋酸单耗及催化剂消耗有比较明显的降低,对后续产品质量也无任何影响。

The application of XTT-2 additive in the pure terephthalic acid （PTA） plant of Urumqi Petrochemical Company was introduced. In the application process, the additive concentration and the parameters of the reactor were optimized, and some results were obtained. After adding XTT-2 additive, unit consumption of acetic acid and catalyst consumption were decreased significantly, but also had no effect on the quality of follow-up products.
