金麦丝的抗静电与染色性能

摘要 测试了金麦丝的回潮率、质量比电阻、蛋白质含量和上染率;并与棉纤维、黏胶纤维、蛋白质黏胶纤维与羊毛纤维进行比较。结果表明:金麦丝的抗静电性能良好,与黏胶纤维相似,便于加工下游产品;K型活性橙染料对金麦丝的染色上染率高,染色牢度好。 The moisture regain, mass specific resistance, protein content and dye uptake of the Kingmicel fiher were tested. The Kingmicel fiber was compared with the cotton fiber, viscose fiber, protein viscose fiber and wool fiber. The results showed that the antistatic property of the Kingmicel fiber was good, similar to the viscose fiber, and is was suitable to textile process. The dye uptake and dye fastness of Kingmicel fiber were high when using K type reactive dyes.
