摘要
为了获悉开洞对冷弯薄壁管桁架组合墙体抗剪性能的影响,通过ABAQUS程序建立了冷弯薄壁管桁架组合墙体的有限元模型。研究参数为蒙皮效应、开洞位置和开洞率。计算模型采用塑性壳单元,考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性的影响,各部件的自攻螺钉连接采用点与点接触耦合模型模拟。通过与冷弯薄壁管桁架组合墙体试验的水平荷载-水平位移关系曲线和破坏模式的比较,验证了组合墙体有限元模型的准确性,揭示了开洞对冷弯薄壁管桁架组合墙体抗剪性能的影响。研究表明:冷弯薄壁管桁架组合墙体的抗剪性能与OSB板的蒙皮效应、墙体的开洞率和开洞位置有关;蒙皮效应越好,洞口面积越小,抗剪性能越好。
In order to evaluate the influence of openings on shear resistance of composites walls with cold-formed thin-walled steel tubular truss(CTSTT), finite element (FE) analysis has been conducted by using ABAQUS software. The parameters include diaphragm effect, opening location and opening ratio. Plastic shell element is applied in the FE model, and material and geometric nonlinearity are also considered. The bolts connecting sheathing and steel truss wall system are simulated through point-to-point contact coupling of elements. The FE analysis results are compared with the test data on horizontal load-displacement curves and failure modes of composite walls with CTSTT. Thus the validity of the FE models of composite wall with CTSTT is established, and the effect of openings on shear resistance of composite walls with CTSTT is studied. The results show that the shear resistance of composite walls with CTSTT is significantly influenced by diaphragm effect, opening ratio and opening location. With increase in diaphragm effect and reduced opening area, the shear resistance of composite wails with CTSTT can be enhanced.
