摘要
以积极心理学理念为切入点,转换视角聚焦护士职业体验,回顾国内外护士职业获益感的现状,深入挖掘护士职业获益感的内涵;基于其理论研究具有较好的信度、效度,查找适用于我国的护士职业获益感测评工具,分析护士职业获益感与职业倦怠、职业认同、组织承诺与其他影响因素间的关系;提出护士职业获益感的研究思考与展望,对改进护理人力资源管理策略有一定的现实意义。
We focused on the nursing professional experience in terms of the concepts of positive psychology. Papers about nurses' professional benefit were reviewed to help us have a deep understanding of nurses' professional benefit. We sought out suitable assessment tools of nurses' professional benefit which were reliable and effective. We analyzed the relationship among nurses' professional benefit, job burnout, career identity, organizational commitment, and other influencing factors. We provided the research ideas and prospect about nurses' professional benefit so as to make a contribution to the management of nursing human resource.
