摘要
中国石油广西石化公司引进美国UOP公司专利技术新建了一套4.00 Mt/a渣油加氢装置,这是我国目前规模最大的渣油加氢装置。该装置以沙轻和沙中1∶1混合原油的减压渣油和减压重蜡油为原料,经过催化加氢反应,脱除硫、氮、金属等杂质,降低残炭含量,为催化裂化装置提供脱硫渣油原料,同时生产部分柴油,并副产少量石脑油。装置开工后一直稳定运行,除9月开工初期负荷较低外,其余时间装置负荷率均在90%以上,装置加工的原料性质和产品质量也相对比较稳定,其中除9月开工初期原料性质较好外,其他月份原料的残炭基本在13%左右,硫质量分数基本在3%左右,氮质量分数在2 500μg/g左右,金属Ni+V质量分数在70μg/g左右;脱硫渣油的残炭在5.5%左右(残炭脱除率在55%左右),硫质量分数基本在0.3%左右(硫脱除率在90%以上),氮质量分数在1 500μg/g左右(氮脱除率在40%左右),金属Ni+V质量分数在11μg/g左右(金属脱除率在80%以上)。装置的标定能耗807.22 MJ/t,优于设计能耗927.46 MJ/t。
UOP 's proprietary has been licensed for the 4. 0 MM TPY residue hydrotreating unit by PetroChina Guangxi Petrochemical Company,which is the largest residue hydrotreating unit in China. The unit is operated with the feedstock of mixed vacuum residue and vacuum heavy wax oil at a ratio of 1∶ 1 to remove the impurities of sulfur,nitrogen and metals,etc and reduce carbon residue by catalytic hydrogenation reaction to provide hydtreated residue oil feedstock for FCC unit and produce diesel oil and limited amount of naphtha at the same time. The unit has been operating very stably at over 90% of its design capacity after it was started up except at the early stage of start-up. The properties of feedstock and products' quality are relatively stable.The carbon residue of the feedstock is controlled at about 13% and the sulfur content is about 3%,the nitrogen is about 2 500 μg / g,the Ni + V is about 70 μg / g. After hydrodesulfurization,the carbon residue of desulfurized residue oil is about 5. 5% and the carbon residue removal rate is about 55%,the sulfur is about0. 3% and the sulfur removal rate is kept at over 90%,the nitrogen is about 1 500 μg / g and nitrogen removal rate is about 40%,Ni + V is about 11 μg / g and the metal removal rate is over 80%. The energy consumption in the performance tests is 807. 22 MJ / t which is lower than the design specification of 927. 46 MJ / t.
